RETURN POLICY
Refunds are available within 30 days from the delivery date.
After 30 days, all claims fall under our 1-year warranty policy (repair or replacement only, no monetary refunds).
We understand that turbos and actuators must be installed in order to diagnose a problem.
Refund requests are accepted only if the product shows no signs of damage caused by improper installation, contamination, abuse, or external factors.
Refund Eligibility:
A refund may be approved if:
• the product failed shortly after installation under normal use
• inspection shows no signs of damage, misuse, contamination, or improper installation.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe within 3–10 business days.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.
Refunds Cannot Be Approved If:
• product shows physical damage, broken components, burnt electronics, bent wheels, cracked housings
• evidence of improper installation
• contamination from oil, coolant, fuel, debris, dirt, or biodiesel
• actuator or turbo was opened or disassembled
• competitive use (sled pulling, drag racing, tuning, etc.)
• missing parts, connectors, or hardware
WARRANTY POLICY
Products Covered:
Ultimate Turbos warrants that for a period of one (1) year from delivery of turbo or actuator, it will be free from defects in material and workmanship in normal use. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and covers repair or replacement for defects under normal use within the specified warranty period. This warranty covers 2 repairs or 1 replacement. A repair or replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period. A copy of the original invoice is required to validate the warranty.
What Constitutes a Defect?
A defect is any condition that renders the product inoperable under normal use and service. The Seller’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product upon return, provided the following are included:
- Proof of purchase (dated invoice).
- Complete service history.
Warranty Process:
Contact Ultimate Turbos to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and Return the product with the RMA number, proof of purchase, and service history. An RMA number does not guarantee approval of the claim. Ultimate Turbos will evaluate the product to determine warranty eligibility.
Buyer Responsibilities:
Buyer is responsible for all costs (removal and reinstallation). Any labor rate differences or additional charges are the Buyer’s responsibility.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
This warranty does NOT cover misuse, negligence, improper installation, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. Damage from debris, contaminated fluids, biodiesel, or competitive use (sled pulling, drag racing, etc.). Normal wear-and-tear.
The warranty is void if:
Unauthorized parts are installed, or the product is used competitively or replaced with non-Ultimate Turbos parts. Products not manufactured by Ultimate Turbos are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Limited Liability Disclaimer:
The Seller’s liability is limited to the product’s original purchase price. The Seller is not responsible for Incidental damages (e.g., diagnostic time, rental cars, travel expenses) or improper installation or use.
Legal Notice:
This warranty supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for purpose. Changes to this policy do not apply retroactively. Please reach out if you have any questions and we’d be happy to help.
